We won’t let a little old pandemic stop us from having a recital!
For the Spring 2020 recital, all performances have been recorded at home by the students themselves. And for some of the younger students, many thanks go to their parents for the technical support.
We were originally scheduled to perform on two separate Sundays, April 26 and May 3, at The Courtyard at Mt Tabor. As a senior living and care facility, it was one of the first places to close to outside visitors when the Coronavirus was just arriving in the United States.
We are all in the midst of stay-at-home orders and keeping physical distance from others when away from home. Gatherings of any size are prohibited. Technology is our friend. And so is born the Virtual Recital.
A YouTube Playlist follows containing all the video recordings of the twelve performers. A photo gallery follows the playlist. I asked all the families to shoot some photos of their student either performing or just a casual photo enjoying themselves at home. After that, I list the program, in no particular order.
