A Week of Gratitude: The Music Edition

Just like the title says, I’ll be spending the week writing about Gratitude in relation to Music.

This morning, I’ll be spending a couple of hours with the 6th and 7th grade band students at Beaumont Middle School. In the afternoon, I’ll be working with the beginning band students at Mt Tabor Middle School.

I love working with this age group! They are developing fine motor skills, budding personalities, and lots of energy.

My gratitude today is for the connections I have with the teachers who make it possible for me to come in and work with their students: Cynthia Plank, Jacob Soto, Dan Arrayan, and Dan Foster, to name a few.
